What service listings include
Typical listings cover diagnostics, hashboard repair, fan and PSU replacement, firmware configuration, and full farm maintenance with regular health reports.
Scope the work in a contract
Like hardware deals, service deals belong in a platform contract: define the diagnostic fee, the repair price range, warranty on the work, and acceptance criteria. Both sides then share the same definition of "done".
Treat maintenance as planned spending, not an emergency. A steady service partner from the marketplace is cheaper than repeated downtime.
